How we design: our own 3D scanner W-0
We are building our own 3D scanner to measure parts with complex shapes. The whole machine is drawn in CAD by us – mechanics, enclosure, doors and camera head – and the printed parts are made with FDM printing. Every screw and every movement is checked digitally before anything is printed.
The images are renderings of the CAD model. The scanner is being built – 3D scanning as a service will come when it is ready.
What we need from you
- 2–4 sharp photos of the part (ideally with a ruler or tape measure next to it)
- The most important measurements – or send us the part and we measure it
- What the part belongs to (brand and model) and what it must withstand (heat, pressure, outdoors?)

Do you have a broken part, something you can no longer buy, or something you want more of or in an improved version? Send it to us. We measure it, draw an exact 3D model and make a new one – just like the original or changed to your instructions.
Tell us about the part
Send a photo and tell us what you want: an exact copy, a stronger part, a different colour or changed dimensions. You get a fixed price before anything is done.
Send it to us
Once you have approved the price, you get our address. Pack the part well – ideally together with the part it has to fit.
We measure and draw
We measure the part carefully and draw it in CAD. If you want changes, you see the drawing before we make it.
New part – and the original back
You get the new part and your original back in the same parcel. The drawing is saved, so next time it’s even faster.
Shipping to and from us is extra. If you have no part to send, good photos and a few measurements are often enough.
Frequently asked questions
What if the part doesn’t fit?
We adjust and remake it at no extra design cost. For exact fits we are happy to make a test piece first.
Can you make parts in metal?
Yes, through a partner (CNC milling or metal printing). We draw the part and arrange production.
Do I get the CAD file?
Yes, if you want – you get the STEP file after payment.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. Workshops, farms, haulage firms and manufacturers are welcome – also for recurring parts.
