The right material for the project
PLA for most things indoors, PETG when it needs to handle more, TPU for flexible parts and ASA for outdoor use.
From file to finished part
Found a model? Upload it, choose material and colour and see the price. If the model has several parts and plates, the calculator prices the whole project. We check the file before printing and get in touch if anything looks wrong.
Keep building yourself
Printed parts can be drilled, sanded, glued and painted. Bear in mind that PLA softens in heat – for example in a car in the sun – while PETG and ASA handle much more.
Tips for hobby projects
- Combine several parts in one order – the set-up fee is paid once
- Choose 15% infill for most things
- Set the right unit if the model looks too small
- Ask us about the material if you’re unsure
