Engineering materials
PETG and ASA for durable parts, PC for heat and impact, and carbon-fibre nylon (PA6-CF, PA12-CF) when the part must be stiff and strong. Every material is chosen for the environment and load.
Fixtures and jigs
Assembly and inspection fixtures fitted exactly to your parts. Light, cheap and quick to change when the product changes.
Replacement components
Plastic parts in machines that can no longer be bought can be modelled and printed – often in a stronger material than the original.
Faster than waiting for the supplier
When a plastic part in a machine breaks, waiting for the original can take weeks. A printed replacement can often be in place within a few days and keep the line running in the meantime – or replace the original entirely.
Lighter fixtures
Printed fixtures weigh a fraction of their metal equivalents and are easier for operators to handle. Soft TPU contact surfaces protect delicate parts from scratches.
