Machine parts and replacement components
Gears, bushings, plain bearings and plastic parts for machines – discontinued ones too.
How we help
When a plastic part in a machine breaks, production stops. We design and print replacement parts in nylon and carbon-fibre-reinforced materials that withstand wear, heat and load.
Example
- Gears and pinions
- Bushings and plain bearings
- Chain guides
- Guards and covers
- Rollers and wheels
- Discontinued spare parts
Recommended materials
PA6 (nylon)
krkrkrkrkrTough, wear-resistant nylon for gears, plain bearings and mechanical parts.
PA6-CF (carbon-fibre nylon)
krkrkrkrkrOne of the strongest materials we print – stiff, light and heat-resistant.
PA12 (nylon)
krkrkrkrkrNylon with lower moisture absorption – dimensionally stable and durable.
PC (polycarbonate)
krkrkrkrkrOne of the strongest and most heat-resistant plastics – for demanding parts.

Frequently asked questions
Do 3D-printed gears last?
In nylon and properly dimensioned, they last very well in many applications.
Can you make a part in metal?
Yes, through a partner (CNC or metal printing). We can also make a trial part in plastic first.
Tell us what you need
Send a photo, a few measurements or a 3D file – you get a fixed price before we start.
